The Brasa moves in – and nothing will ever be the same again!

Tim tested the Brasa for you. Here is his experience report:

It's not just a new grill moving in with me on this day. No – it's much more than that.

With the Asamodo "Brasa," a new way of life arrives - authentic, genuine grilling, directly on and over the open fire. Just as it should be. Without technical gadgets, in harmony with the flames and the food on the grill.

But first things first: A pallet arrives, the driver says, "A grill? That's a big grill." And yes, he's right, the Brasa is Not for the faint-hearted. Fire needs space. I can't wait, unpack the beautiful piece right away and see it flashing bright red here and there. The strong design, all interchangeable parts are painted bright red, casts its shadow ahead. The assembly goes quickly, instructions are practically unnecessary – a few screws and then it's there, proud and strong, ready to be inaugurated.

The Brasa feels robust, cleverly designed in Germany, produced in the EU, with a 5-year warranty on all replaceable parts. I think it will never come to a warranty case; the Brasa rather seems made to last forever.

 Then finally: wood into the fire basket, the crackling fills me with even more (anticipatory) joy. The finished embers under the modular grate (this will make cleaning easier later) and then finally the first piece of meat takes its place on the Brasa. It crackles, sizzles, the fat seeps out – and immediately reveals another clever and well-thought-out detail: the v-shaped grate is equipped with a fat groove on the underside – meaning, fat does not drip into the fire and burn, but is gently drained away. The piece is quickly grilled over direct heat and then allowed to finish cooking under the lid.

The enjoyment is perfect, the grill is a celebration. The Brasa receives a clear #dudeapproved and more than that! Get it for yourselves.

Honestly – you won't need another grill.
