Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Asado Grillkultur GmbH, Schweinsbergweg 3, 74223 Flein, Germany) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF THE REVOCATION

If you revoke this contract, we must refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to examine the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.

Note on returns: If the shipping was free of charge, we reserve the right to charge the shipping costs retroactively. These will then be deducted from the refund amount of the return order.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
• Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
• Contracts for the delivery of perishable goods.
