  1. Cut off the pumpkin lid and hollow it out
  2. Add cream and cheese to the Hokkaido pumpkin
  3. Then refine with salt, pepper, and nutmeg
  4. Place the pumpkin in the bed of embers and put the grill lid on top (stir the embers every 10 minutes)
  5. Brown the meat
  6. Place bread on the V-rack and lightly toast it
  7. After about 30 minutes, also place the pumpkin on the V-Rosst and cover it with the lid so that the heat can penetrate from all sides again.

Now the fondue is ready and you can enjoy it with a fresh salad! The special thing about this fondue is the unique pumpkin flavor, which permeates through the longer cooking time, as well as the nutmeg, which gives the whole thing a very special touch.

As a little tip: If you want to speed up the process, you can melt the cheese in a small pan directly in the fire basket (Brasero). Then put the melted cheese into the Hokkaido pumpkin and enjoy!
