This is where it gets wild. We learn the rough and then the kitchen-ready butchering of game. Then you get to know the different meat cuts and the right grilling method on the Asado grill. Along with that, there are classic Argentine sauces like Chimichurri. Finally, we will fully utilize the game by making our own wild sausages and conjuring up the popular Asado special "Choripan" from them.
