This course shows you the full range of an Asado, as Argentinians celebrate it every Sunday or on special days. It starts with three different Entradas (appetizers). Then there are three meat cuts (Matambre, Picaña, Vacio) and the whole thing culminates in the Costillar – the entire short rib. Afterwards, there is a dessert – of course from the grill. You can't get much more Asado than this (almost)!
