For shipping we use well-insulated cool boxes that can ensure a constant temperature <8° for 30-40 hours.
If you do not want to eat the entire piece immediately upon receipt, please put it in the freezer immediately.
Our meat is fresh, vacuum-packed meat intended for immediate consumption. If you immediately freeze a piece of meat that is already well chilled, there is no risk of loss of taste.
