To ensure high quality and secure supply chains, we only ship meat packages on four days of the week (Monday to Thursday).
This is how your package should arrive at your place on the next working day.
For shipping, we use well-insulated cool boxes that can maintain a constant temperature below 8° for 30-40 hours.
Tip
If you do not want to consume the entire piece immediately after receipt, please place it in the freezer immediately.
Our meat is fresh, vacuum-packed meat intended for immediate consumption. If a well-chilled piece of meat is frozen immediately, no loss of flavor is to be expected.
Please note, however, that when frozen, the best-before date from shipping no longer applies!
